Why are you applying to be an officer? What are your personal and organizational goals for this position?
I am applying because there is amazing momentum from the entire organization and I would like to continue to help lead those efforts. My goals for the organization are to continue building the solid foundation the FSAA needs to better serve it’s membership. I also would like to continue equipping our board with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in carrying out the FSAA’s mission of “connect where you are, lead where you live”.
What skills, expertise, and/or other assets will you bring to this officer position?
Historical knowledge, energy, dedication and commitment. I will contribute strategic planning and visioning for the FSAA and I will help keep our board seeing the big picture and strategy verse being an operational board.
