Feel like hitting the beach?<\/p>\n

Join fellow Ford Scholar Alumni for the Third Annual Ford Scholar Alumni Summer Get-Together on Saturday, July 16 at the Salishan Spa & Golf Resort at Gleneden Beach, located just 10 minutes from Lincoln City on the scenic Oregon Coast.<\/p>\n

Alumni of the Ford Scholar, Ford Opportunity and Ford ReStart programs and their families are all welcome to attend the Summer Get-Together and Meet and Greet. Make it a weekend getaway or come for the day!<\/p>\n

The Meet and Greet coordinates with the Ford Scholars Leadership Conference for the classes of 2013, 2014 and 2015 Ford Scholars.<\/p>\n

Highlights include a morning beach cleanup and afternoon potluck with alumni and their families, followed by a networking social with alumni and current Scholars.<\/p>\n

Alumni may wear\u00a0casual and comfortable clothing for the beach cleanup and potluck and should dress for rain or shine. Those not planning to purchase a purple Ford Alumni T-shirt must wear purple \u2013 the FSAA color! Alumni should wear business casual for the evening\u00a0Meet and Greet with current Ford Scholars.<\/p>\n

Attendees are encouraged to carpool and to book accommodations early if planning to make it a weekend trip. If you choose to stay the night in the area, please note accommodations are on your own.
