Hedy Payghambari

I want to help strengthen my communities in this time of separation in our society.

My leadership experiences in the University of Oregon Alumni Association and managing a team at my creative agency have prepared me to serve the Ford community. My multicultural background, six years of digital marketing, and leadership experience are my assets.

With my digital marketing background and UOAA experience, I can help expand FSAA’s reach and voice in our community. With experience in directing digital strategies for brands like Chrysler, I’d love to help expand our digital reach by building a LinkedIn community as well as using social advertising to help more alumni find events and ways to connect with the FSAA.

As a manager, my job is to create opportunities for others and empower them to grow. I’m passionate about helping others further their leadership and want to bring that to the FSAA. With my leadership experience, I can help brainstorm creative ways to plan and execute events and networking opportunities. I’d also like to brainstorm ways to deepen our connections with alumni via different types of events like panel speakers, science nights and more.

I’m a multicultural and first-generation student. I can use my experience to empower more people with similar backgrounds. I would also like to reach out to underprivileged high school students in urban and rural areas. I found Ford through luck, but I don’t want to leave it to fate for others.

Thank you for considering me as one of your representatives!
