Ford Scholar Alumni Marshall Curry, John Cheney and Nelya Drofyak helped set up a Youth Garden Educator Workshop at Marion- Polk Food Share in Salem as part of Earth Day festivities on April 17.<\/p>\n

Not only did Curry coordinate the entire FSAA involvement\u00a0in Earth Day events, he lined up some Ford volunteers to\u00a0help out at the Marion-Polk Food Share on Friday, April 17\u00a0in Salem.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe set up tables, made gift baskets, put together floral\u00a0arrangements, even helped bake cookies!\u201d Curry said. He\u00a0and five Ford volunteers also helped the garden program\u00a0staff prepare for a youth educator workshop in the warehouse\u00a0of the Food Share\u2019s distribution center.
