I support and wish to further/contribute to the Ford Scholar Alumni Association’s mission to provide alumni the opportunity to connect and further their leadership and service in their community. I’m actively involved in my own community and look forward to planning events and contributing to providing these opportunities for other scholars.
I have worked with many student groups as an undergraduate. I have enjoyed event planning and acting as a leader in my community. I think that these skills will translate well into my work with the alumni board.
I would really like to work on incorporating interaction between alumni and current scholars at the different campuses in Oregon.
I’m enthusiastic about being able to continue my work with The Ford Family Foundation. I want to be able to give back and pay it forward for others. Right now, I don’t have the option to give my money, but I can give my time. I want to dedicate my time to the FSAA and the furthering of the mission.
